Hey! I’m Ravi Sharma, the founder and lead consultant of Celeris Search Group. I’ve been in the recruitment business for almost 15 years now, and I’ve explored a lot in my working career, experiencing many different facets of employment. These experiences have made me a great communicator and given me a passion for meeting people of all walks of life. Choosing recruitment as a path has made this possible on a daily basis.
I pay close attention to people’s goals and aspirations, and I take great pride in leading people to what they want to achieve in their professional careers. I choose to be as freethinking, outgoing and ambitious as possible regarding work, in the hopes that it transfers to the professionals with whom I come into contact daily, creating strong relationships and a happy work environment.
Having worked in many different industries like technology, telecom and finance, I know how important it is to find the right job—and that’s exactly why I started Celeris Search Group!
