Send us your job brief
Start the recruitment process by submitting your job vacancy brief, and one of our consultants will quickly be in touch.
We will then dive deep into your company’s inner workings to get all the information we need to do a presentation of the opportunity to the candidates accurately
Search & Selection
We will use our network’s pool of talent, various channels & targeted social media to connect with hand-picked candidates to find you the talent you require.
Shortlist
Through our screening process, we will handpick potential candidates from our pool, looking for synergies between your firm’s hiring needs, culture fit, and a candidate’s skill set.
Interviews
We will then present the shortlisted candidates we have screened and or are currently available in the job market to your hiring manager. We arrange an interview if you would like to learn more about a candidate(s). We will follow up with candidate/hiring manager after each interview
Job offer
If the candidate is a suitable fit, we will take care of the following:
- We complete a minimum of two reference checks for the candidate, including at least one from his direct manager.
- Work with you in putting together an acceptable offer
- Present offer to the successful candidate
- Assist in negotiating an acceptance
- Guide candidate through resignation and potential counter-offer stages
- Organize a start date and ensure a smooth employment process for the candidate and a reliable hiring process for you.
