Enterprise Architect is responsible for the overall standards and direction of all enterprise architecture domains including Business, Application, Data, Technology, and Operations, ensuring it supports the business’s needs and performance goals. The Enterprise Architect also participates in support of solution development, EA governance, and Enterprise Architecture planning processes across projects and engagements in a multi-agency environment, covering cross business domain verticals like HR, financials, education, marketing, end user services and more.
- Define and maintain client’senterprise architecture standards & IT strategy, while understanding & mapping business vision & challenges
- Consult & Lead/Support the development and implementation of the ITEnterprise Architecture roadmap for clients
- Translate business priorities into ITarchitecture requirements for each respective Enterprise Architecture domain – Business, Data, Technology
- Define, document and maintain to-be domain architectures applying architecture guiding principles and depict them conceptually, logically as well physically across layers.
- Augment architecture guiding principles and best practices ongoingly
- Promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flow.
- Ensuring that individual projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.
- Collaborate with domainarchitects to develop architecture roadmaps for all architecture domain and provide a consensus based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronisation with ever-changing business needs.
- Prior experience with architecting & designing, as well as implementing programs, platforms and services across Public sector service domain whether its health, education, infrastructure, financials and compliances will be preferred
- Mentor buddingEnterprise architects in the organisation as part of CoEs program.
As a Mechanical Project Manager you will work with your lead with, the development of system engineering concepts and reports during schematic design and design development phases of the project and be responsible for leading a design team through the day to day activities required for implementing conceptual design into contract documents. You will be responsible for the contract administration phase of the project which includes interface with contractors and internal and external teams, review of shop drawings and site review.

- Manage project resources, schedule, budget, quality management and project risk assessment on behalf of us and our clients.
- Prepare design reports, coordinate drawing preparation, contract specifications, tender documents, cost estimates and applications for approvals.
- Coordinate and mentor junior staff working within the department.
- Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, approval authorities, project stakeholders, and contractors.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals for future projects.
- Undertake work for water resources / stormwater management-related project design and technical studies.
- Develop and apply hydrological and hydraulic models
- Perform hydrology assessments and associated reporting
- Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering for water resources projects
- Preparation of technical memos, reports, construction plans and specifications

The Project Delivery Manager (DM) is responsible to direct and manage all aspects of project development from beginning to end and ensure effective delivery of the product to the client.
The DM reviews the project status and provides oversight, manages resources, maintains relationship with the client, manages internal collaboration, change, risk and escalation to ensure project profitability.
The Delivery Manager is mainly responsible for:
Project review & oversight
o Manage timely, high-quality, & cost-effective service delivery to the client
o Ensure and monitor adherence to internal process and foster continuous improvement of productivity resulting in increased cost effectiveness and value
o Manage project dependencies and critical path, track project timelines and milestones
o Conduct independent verification and validation of deliveries
o Establish the information systems and review structure for SLAs
Resource management
o Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
o Ensure that each team member has adequate skills and knowledge on technology, project management and software engineering processes
o Mentor project manager in project management and client communication
o Reward and recognize performance
o Identify and resolve any outstanding issues among the project teams, that cannot be resolved within the team
Relationship Management
o Obtain and Communicate the Client’s feedback on project progress and success factors to the project team and other stakeholders
o Identify farming opportunities
o Lead the project initiation activity
o Work with Project Manager to drive growth, quality and customer satisfaction
Internal Collaboration
o Ensure regular collaboration with senior management, Project Manager and project stakeholders
o Ensure proper handover from sales to delivery
o Change Management – review/approve changes affecting scope, timing, cost, and/or quality, as required
Escalation management
o Be the point of escalation for all delivery related issues
Risk management
o Monitor risks, develop and execute risk mitigation plan with the project manager, at completion of every major milestone including project closure
o Provide management oversight as predicated by review of the project risk analysis
Project profitability/finance
o Ensures the profitability of the project/s
o Review and close project account and financial files on project closure
